That is the idea behind these videos, and the Just-in-Time Package: it is an opportunity to have some last-minute, "just-in-time" training on those specific public involvement techniques.

- dumb things that can happen with that technique, and how to avoid them.

- Video instructions on the DOs and DON'Ts of all of the video lectures available at the time of purchase. This includes some of the most important -- and most frequently used -- citizen participation techniques (including meetings, advisory committees, an open house, and much more).
- Access to affordable personal coaching / mentoring. We will provide you with five hours of free coaching (by email or phone) if and when the project team wants to run an idea by us before it puts it into practice. If you need additional coaching, we will bill at an affordable rate.
